Spaying or Neutering Your Pet

Cat with a cone

We provide spay and neuter services for cats and dogs. Elective spaying and neutering your pet are important for several reasons. Not only do these services address the animal overpopulation problem by limiting pet reproduction, but they also have a range of health and wellness benefits for your pet too. It can prevent unwanted behaviors and decrease the likelihood of developing tumors and infections later in life. Additionally, research has shown that spayed pets live longer than pets that have not been spayed. Preanesthetic blood work is highly recommended to make sure all internal organ function is normal. We use pain management in conjunction with anesthesia to make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible during the procedure and after they are discharged. All pets are sent home with pain medicine.
